Position Responsibilities:

Drive annual dividend recommendation exercise in incorporating new governance processes that were approved for Matching Adjustment portfolio and Signature Legacy Growth.
Drive the review of Par Segregation.
Monitoring Par Fund's surplus on quarterly basis or on request basis
Maintain and continually update the Par Fund governance Framework.
Work closely with third parties, internal/external consultants, internal/external auditors, regulators ensuring adherence to Par Fund Management group guidelines and statutory regulations.
Provide support and join force with Special project team on actuarial transformation projects.

Required Qualifications:

8-10 Years of experience in actuarial fields
Qualified (or close to)
Knowledge of local valuation regulation is a must.
Attention to details
Analytical thinking
Ability to work collaboratively with other colleagues with different background across the organization.
Good communication skill is desirable.
