Manulife LEAD (Leadership, Experience, Advocacy, and Development) is a future-focused graduate development program that aims to attract candidates with the potential for either a General Management and/or business leadership career trajectory. Management associates will complete rotations both within your local market and have the opportunity to participate in overseas assignments to experience another market firsthand.
